Customers using this facility can use the white discount authentication machine next to the pre-payment machine in the facility. Please be sure to insert the parking ticket through the discount authentication machine and then make payment with the pre-payment machine. In addition, the General Information counter will only authenticate discounts for persons with disabilities, so please present a certificate such as a disability certificate.

If it takes more than 30 minutes to leave the parking lot after payment, an additional fee will be charged. The maximum charge cannot be paid in advance. Please be sure to make payment just before returning.

Thank you for your cooperation in order to alleviate congestion at the exit.

Customers using our facility can receive a discount. Please insert the parking ticket through the discount authentication machine installed next to the pre-payment machine. However, please ask the airport parking lot for discount rates. Advance payment can only be made at the airport parking lot payment machine.

If you have already made payment: If you drive to the gate as it is, the car number will be automatically recognized and the gate bar will go up. If you have not authenticated and paid the discount: Please go to the General Information counter. We will reissue a parking ticket. At that time, we will ask you about your vehicle type, color, vehicle number, etc.

300 yen will be added every hour.

You can use 10,000 yen bills, 5,000 yen bills, 2,000 yen bills, and 1,000 yen bills.

Please press the receipt issuance button when using the pre-payment machine. Receipts cannot be reissued.

We have 4 payment machines and 4 discount authentication machines in the facility. In addition, there is one checkout machine near the parking lot. Please note that the discount certification machine is only available in the facility.

Please use the loading area’s parking lot for delivery vehicles. If there is not enough parking space, you can use the Outdoor Facilities (fee required) as a parking lot.

You can get on and off at the carriage porch in front of the main entrance or at the large bus waiting area. If you wish to use this service, please contact us in advance.

There are 30 motorcycle parking lot spaces. Reservations and exclusive use are not possible.

Barrier-free access to the facility.

Barrier-free access is available from Chubu International Airport Station to Aichi Sky Expo. The elevator is equipped with voice guidance, handrails, Braille display, and an operation panel for wheelchairs. Walking information from the station

There are four wheelchairs (free of charge) available at the General Information counter (in the center of the mall). There is no escort service. Please note that we do not accept reservations.

There are parking spaces for people with a handicap (40 cars) and for people with help marks (3 cars) in Parking Lot 1 (charged). Please note that we do not accept reservations.

There are three locations in Exhibition Halls A-F and one location in the conference room area.

Our facility is designed to be barrier-free, with no steps from the parking lot for the handicapped to the entrance of the building.

We apologize, but wheelchairs owned by Chubu Centrair International Airport can only be used within the airport premises. Since Aichi Sky Expo is outside the airport premises, they cannot be used for this purpose.

Facility and Service Related

If your item was lost inside the event venue, please contact the organizer’s office. If your item was lost in the common area of the facility or after the event, it will be stored at the facility for several days and then handed over to the police. Lost Item Inquiry Form

As a general rule, public Wi-Fi (free of charge) is available throughout the building. Simple registration is required to use this service, which can be used for up to two hours at a time, and up to five times a day. Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. Please use the indicated smoking areas. (One location in the outdoor area)

There are Coin Lockers available for use with 100 yen coins only. Currency exchange is available at the Business Center. There is no baggage deposit area.

As a general rule, pet animals other than guide dogs and service dogs are prohibited in common areas, stores, and restaurants of the facility. However, pets in cages are allowed to pass through common areas. Pets may be allowed at some events, so please contact the event organizer for details.

There are no drinking fountains in the facility. Please use the Family Mart in the Access Plaza located in the airport.

There are no cigarette vending machines or “SHOP” sales in the facility. Please purchase at a nearby convenience store (Seven-Eleven on the 1st floor of the Toyoko Inn Hotel) or in the airport terminal.

The Aichi Sky Expo is the only exhibition hall in Japan that is bonded at all times and can be used for exhibition purposes without incurring import duties.
