The Aichi Sky Expo Usage Promotion Subsidy is a program designed to support organizations and companies that host exhibitions, trade fairs, and international conferences at Aichi International Exhibition Center (Aichi Sky Expo) by subsidizing a portion of the expenses required to hold these events.

| Main Requirements | Events held in the exhibition halls of Aichi Sky Expo, endorsed by Aichi Prefecture, that meet one of the following criteria ・Exhibitions including BtoB meetings (e.g., events held for two or more days, including weekdays) ・International events (e.g., events with participation from three or more countries, including Japan) ・Large-scale events (e.g., events utilizing a total area of 150,000㎡ or more) ・Events related to the 2026 Asia/Asian Para Games (e.g., events related to competitions scheduled to be held at Aichi Sky Expo) |
| Eligible Expenses | 1. Usage fees for Aichi International Exhibition Center (exhibition halls, conference rooms, multipurpose areas, ancillary facilities, utilities) 2. Expenses related to operating a shuttle bus to transport general visitors between Aichi International Exhibition Center and major locations within the prefecture (charter bus arrangement, guide staff placement, signage installation, communication expenses) |
| Subsidy Amount | For Eligible Expense 1, up to a maximum of 10,000 thousand yen; however, for the first BtoB exhibition held at Aichi Sky Expo, up to 20,000 thousand yen. For Eligible Expense 2, up to a maximum of 3,100 thousand yen (for 4 days of operation) |
| Subsidy Rate | Up to a maximum of 1/2; however, for the venue usage fees of the first BtoB exhibition (including BtoB meetings) held at Aichi Sky Expo, the subsidy is capped at 100% |
