Use Inquiry

Please submit your usage inquiry via the page below.

The start date for accepting applications varies depending on the scale of use and the number of days. Please refer to the attached “Application Period” in the Terms of Use.

In principle, we will notify you of the approval or disapproval of your application within 14 days, from the day after the application is received.

Payment of Usage Fees

Facility usage fees are to be paid in advance. For each payment deadline, we will issue an invoice, so please transfer the payment to the designated financial institution by the specified due date. Please note that any bank transfer fees will be borne by the user.

  • At the time of issuing the usage permit more than 18 months before the start date: 5% of the facility usage fee

  • Up to 18 months before the start date: 10% of the facility usage fee

  • Up to 12 months before the start date: 30% of the facility usage fee

  • Up to 6 months before the start date: 50% of the facility usage fee

  • Up to 3 months before the start date: 100% of the facility usage fee
