Following HACCP principles, the kitchen workflow is designed with careful consideration of food safety. The facility features one of Japan’s largest commercial kitchen areas—approximately 375㎡—equipped with state-of-the-art, hotel-grade equipment. With certifications for both food business and confectionery manufacturing, our kitchen services go beyond catering. They enable dedicated event chefs to prepare meals on-site, support the production of items that are difficult to cook at exhibitor booths, and provide comprehensive food preparation for various events, ensuring reliable and safe operations.
Aichi Sky Expo’s dedicated food and beverage coordinators will work with multiple partner companies to provide optimal proposals tailored to your budget and requests—from small networking events in conference rooms to large-scale parties in the hall—and offer follow-up support right up to the event day.

CEZARS KITCHEN, which operates the in-house food court and café, also provides bento services, tea arrangements, and coffee pot services. We offer a one-stop service that includes delivery to conference rooms or exhibition booths within the hall, as well as the collection and disposal of empty boxes. For large-scale events, we can tailor our menu proposals to meet your specific requirements.

Hall A is equipped with a revolving fan, while Halls A–F feature ceiling fans. Although exhibition venues typically lack windows and are challenging to ventilate, Aichi Sky Expo ensures effective air circulation to maintain a hygienic environment within the venue. This ventilation system has received strong support from our customers as an effective measure for hosting events during the COVID-19 pandemic.
