※1: When using any conference room, the fees for the provided desks, chairs, lecterns (W900), hanger racks, and hangers are included in the conference room usage fee. The quantity provided varies by conference room.
※2: For consecutive-day usage, if extended use is required outside the core time (21:00–9:00 the next day) between 9:00 on the first day and 21:00 on the final day, additional usage fees will be charged on an hourly basis. However, if the facility locks the room after the user has vacated (with only one lock per non-core time period) and then unlocks it, no additional fees will be charged for that interval. Please note that even during the period when additional fees are not charged, users remain responsible for any belongings left behind.

Must meet all of the following conditions. However, events for concerts and those hosted by Aichi Prefecture are not eligible for the discount. ① The event utilizes an exhibition hall. ② The total exhibition area used per event is at least 20,000㎡. ③ The same organizer holds 3 consecutive events either annually or biennially during the same period, with all event usage permit applications submitted simultaneously. * In exceptional cases, even if the usage permit is issued more than 2 years in advance, the event schedule is finalized only 2 years before the event. * For the FY 2026, the discount applies even if the events are not held during the same period; moreover, if no event is held in FY 2026 but one is held in FY 2027, the discount will apply. Applies only for events held up to March 31, 2031. |
